Dorothée Burkel has first worked as a consultant in HR communications in charge of Employee communications and Employers' Branding programs for international companies. She joined AOL France in 2001 as an HR Director; she was promoted to VP, HR and Corporate Communications for AOL France in 2005, and named the VP Branding and Communications of AOL Europe in 2007. Dorothée joined Google in 2008 as HR Director for Southern Europe and became HR Director for SEEMEA in 2009 and is now heading the EMEA HR Global Business Partners team since 2012, covering over 30 geographies. Dorothée Burkel holds a Master degree in Modern Literature and is graduated with honors in Political Sciences from the Institut d'Etudes Politiques in Paris.
